Please Read the Rules and Regulations for the Villa:- Full Payment to be done at the time of Check in. First Payment then entry will be given. Security Deposit (5k per bungalow) will be refunded after 2 hours of Checkout. Strictly Upto 16 People allowed in 4bhk and Upto 32 People Allowed in 8bhk. If Any Extra person is found then the Customer will either have to Accomodate the extra person elsewhere or Checkout From the Premises. In Any Case No Refund Will Be Given. No Misbehaving With the Caretaker!! Please Do not Disturb the other customers. Any Damage caused to the property by customers will be charged the full amount of the caused damage. No loud music after 12am (midnight) Turf will be closed at 12 am (midnight) Turf Will be Free During the Day And Chargeable during the night (after Sunset 1k per hour) No alcohol allowed inside premises, If any alcohol is found the customer will be asked to Check Out immediately and no Refund will be given. In Case of Power Loss inverter backup will be available for 4 hours on which only the lights and fans Will Work, Post 4 Hours Generator backup will be given on which also only the lights and fans will work No Pets Allowed Caretaker will be available till 12 am (midnight) No Smoking/Sheesha or eatables allowed in the Turf area. Please take care of you own belongings, management is not responsible for any kind of loss or theft.
